The platform on the Benchmark 3-Step Platform Ladder (5435-954) does not lock securely in place posing a potential fall hazard. As of October 19, 2018, Home Hardware Stores Limited has received no reports of incidents or injuries but encourages customers to cease using the product immediately. Consumers should return these ladders to their local Home Hardware location for a full refund.
